I had such a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel! The onsen and swimming pool were absolutely fantastic. The facilities provided enhanced comfort and made me feel like royalty. There were so many places to relax, from hammocks to a television room. The massage room even had free massage chairs, which was a nice touch. I also loved how family-friendly this place was. They really had kids in mind with their thoughtful amenities, such as a kids buffet spread and a pool area. It made my stay here all the more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a perfect getaway.

The hot springs were amazing! They had multiple pools with different temperatures, both inside and outside. It was really cool to soak in the hot water with snow falling on our heads. the buffet was also fantastic, with a variety of fresh seafood and local dishes. We especially enjoyed the king crab. the hotel was located in a beautiful area with stunning scenery.
The location was quite remote, which made it difficult to get around without a car. the language barrier was also a bit challenging, as very few staff members spoke English.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

This hotel is a great family-friendly getaway that offers plenty to do. the location is nestled in a beautiful forest with an amazing panorama from the swimming pool. the buffet offers a good selection of Japanese and Western cuisine, with great quality and variety, and a special station just for small kids. Rooms are spacious and clean, with beds and futons to choose from, and the bathrooms are well-maintained.
One of the restaurant's downsides is that it could feel stressful and noisy for some guests, especially during lunch when slot times are a bit short.

I had an amazing time here. The hotel facilities were superb, especially the onsen which was a must-try experience. The staff were polite and helpful despite their limited English skills. I was really impressed with the cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the lobby to my room. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had a nice onsen with different pools with different temperatures. It was a great experience to soak in the hot pool while it was snowing. , the buffet was diverse and delicious with lots of local food options. Despite the location being quite remote, the hotel offered a shuttle service that was comfortable and punctual.
The location of the hotel was too isolated and made it very difficult to get to by public transportation. the shuttle service was only available at one specific time, so it was difficult to plan activities around it.
